- No pets
- Keep windows closed at all times
- No open flames
- Secure doors each night
- Out-buildings off limits
- Kitchen for your convenience, please tidy up
- Snacks and drinks available
- Enjoy the gardens and patio
- Use operation manual for Massage Tub (Garden Room)
- Bathrobes for your use, not for the taking
- Wet towels to be placed on racks provided
- Breakfast at 8:00 am
- Hand keys to host at time of departure
- Missing items will be charged to your account
- *for your safety, a fire escape ladder in each bedroom
Reservations Policies:
- Reservations are secured on line or by phone and confirmed via e-mail when payment is made. (Full advance payment required) All major credit cards accepted.
- Two night minimum on weekends and holidays. Weekends consist of Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
- No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
- Check-in at 4pm-6pm
- Check-out at 10:30am
Cancellations:
- Weekend cancellations: 2 week cancellation notice required for full refund. 1 week notice required for one-half of refund.
- Week day cancellations (Monday- Thursday): 1 week cancellation required for full refund.
